This notice explains what happens to any information you send through this website. WebKnight is run by Mark, a sole trader based in Falkirk. I keep this simple, and I do not sell or share your details with anyone.

What I collect

If you fill in the contact form, I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, phone number, business name and your message. That is it. There is no account to create and no database storing visitor profiles.

Why I collect it

Only so I can reply to your enquiry and talk to you about a website. I do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing.

How it reaches me

The contact form delivers your message to my email inbox through a form provider (Web3Forms). Your message travels over an encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connection. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare and does not store your enquiry on the page.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as we are in contact about your project, and a reasonable time after, then delete them. If you ask me to delete your details sooner, I will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me to:

• tell you what information I hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your details.

Just email webknightuk@gmail.com and I will sort it. If you are ever unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
